Central Desk and administrative support

 

A Central Desk will be operational in the ROC from 9 months before the Games start. During the Games the Central Desk will be in the Omni Sports Centre.

 

The Central desk will have contact with all National team managers. The Central desk will make their computersystems available to our Foundation and will be responsible for the issuing of our invitations and all forms: sports, registration, medical and summary. If the General Assembly agrees, we will also make full use of the internet.

 

 

Each participant and supporter will receive a registration card, with the following information recorded on it:

  • His/her name (and function, during the Games)
  • Nationality
  • Transplant (the hospital and treating physician will be mentioned on the   back of the card)
  • Sex
  • Age category
  • Chosen sporting events
  • The name of the hotel (and its color)

There will be space left on the card in case of any changes. T he Central Desk will process all forms and other information, nationalities, sports, age categories and chosen events.
