The financials and costs of the Games

We are in contact with the Dutch Ministry of Health (VWS), national foundations and regional sponsors for the sponsoring the European Games. The budget for the Games will be € 550.000,-.

The costs for participants and supporters

We continue to raise funds and sponsorship to lessen the financial burden for participants and supporters.

The Package will include:

  • 5 nights bed and full breakfast in the Hotels.
  • All transfers from arrival to departure.
  • Opening dinner and entertainment.
  • Barbecue and band / disco / dancing
  • Closing Gala dinner / dance
  • Registration pack and giveaways
  • All sporting fees including golf fees
  • Lunches at sporting venues or vouchers for the Hotels

We anticipate a cost of between € 550 and € 600,- per person based on room sharing. Single or family rooms will be available.
