Sports Coordinator
A sports coordinator will be appointed for every individual sport. Each coordinator will have extensive experience in organizing games in that sport.
The coordinator will be assisted by the head umpire and volunteers who also have
experience in their particular sports.
The sports coordinator will be introduced to Team Managers the night before the sporting event concerned.
He/she will prepare the participant schedules drawn up according to age categories. These schedules will be prepared the day before “his/her” sporting event using the extensive information recorded on the participant registration cards.
On the day of “his/her” sporting event the coordinator will ensure that all necessary information is posted on the information boards and that it is visible to everyone. He/she will arrange for sufficient volunteers the keep the information up to date.
